Our Mission
Our mission is to help those who have been unable qualify for conventional mortgages to fulfill their dreams of becoming a homeowner. Our own experiences as real estate investors and seeing the difficulties that many Canadian families have getting started with home ownership led us to develop our Advanced Home Strategies to teach and offer rent to own opportunities to those that need them. Our Rent to Own strategies have been proven successful over and over again.
